New Media Report: Year Two
Our webzine turned one on June 1, 2010. And our numbers grew organically in summer 2010 to 10,000 visitors a month. This makes our webzine double and triple the size of art and culture sites and web magazines that have been around much longer, up to five times as long as we have. People are visiting several times a week, spending up to 9 minutes at a time, and sharing posts with their friends across Facebook, Twitter and social media sites. Half of our monthly visits come from unique visitors. In a given month, here is the country spread from our host statistics:
